Do you sell worldwide?
No - Victor East currently only sells to the UK and we ship directly from the supplier.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, please allow 5 –20 business days for delivery. This is because your order is shipped directly from our supplier.
We appreciate your patience and will always provide tracking information where available. This will be provided once your order is dispatched along with a confirmation email.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Are there any customs or import fees?
Most orders arrive without any additional charges. However, in rare cases UK customs may apply import duties or taxes on international parcels — if this occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer. Though this is uncommon for small accessories.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet
Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear after shipment, especially in transit.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after several business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
What if my package is delayed?
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional courier or customs delays may happen.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll help investigate the shipment.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.
